For resorts, developers and property owners in Mexico

Restore the glass. Skip the reorder.

Scratches, weld spatter, grinder sparks, hard-water scale, cement and iridescence don’t have to mean new panes and a long wait. If the glass is intact, we restore it in place — façades, guest rooms, railings, storefronts — for up to 70% less than replacing it.

  • About 3 hours per m² for scratches (1 m² ≈ 10.8 sq ft); about 5 hours per m² for weld spatter and grinder sparks.
  • No charge for any pane that can’t take the process. We flag that risk before work starts.
  • 155 documented projects and 28,119 m² across 19 Mexican states — including Four Seasons, St Regis and Rosewood resorts.

Feasibility check

Four quick steps. We’ll tell you whether your glass can be saved — and what happens next.

Step 1 of 4What’s wrong with the glass?
Is the glass intact?
Cracked, shattered or broken glass should be replaced — we don’t restore it. If you also have intact panes with surface damage, keep going and we’ll review those.

Priority project

Your project qualifies for a priority technical review.

Based on scale, timing and replacement cost, your case goes to the front of the queue. Here’s what happens next:

  1. Open WhatsApp — the message already includes your reference number and a summary.
  2. A specialist confirms feasibility and scope per m² with you.
  3. Your team gets a per-m² quote it can compare line by line with the replacement quote.

Broken glass

Broken or cracked glass should be replaced.

We don’t restore panes with cracks or fractures. If you also have intact panes with surface damage, send us your reference number and we’ll look at those.

The cost of waiting

Every week a pane stays flagged, you’re paying for it.

The scratch isn’t the expensive part. Everything it drags along while nobody decides is.

01

What it costs today

An open punch-list item holds up handover, owner sign-off or guest scores — and everyone sees it every day.

02

What gets pricier

If replacement becomes the answer: fabrication, freight, removal and reinstallation, plus risk to frames, seals and finished surfaces.

03

What you don’t earn meanwhile

A handover that slips, rooms held off sale, warranty claims — and an impression that leaves with every guest or buyer.

Run the numbers

Using your own replacement quote

Enter the affected area and the per-m² price you were quoted to replace it. The result is an upper-bound reference; actual feasibility is confirmed in the assessment.

Guests never see the process. They see the result.

We measure depth, extent and distance to the edges, work the surface gradually to avoid optical distortion, and check the result under real light from the angles that matter. The glass never leaves its frame.

Results by property type

What you get back depends on where the glass is.

Guests stop noticing what your team stopped seeing months ago.

We restore shower enclosures, windows and railings room by room, floor by floor, around your occupancy.

  • No inventory held off sale for weeks.
  • Coordinated with engineering, housekeeping and security.
  • Each space handed back ready for guests.
  • Hard-water scale, scratches and iridescence on enclosures, mirrors and balcony railings.

Close glass punch-list items without waiting on new panes.

We work by front, floor or released zone, in step with the developer, supervision, glazing contractor and site safety.

  • No removal — frames, seals and finishes stay put.

The questions your team will ask — answered.

Procurement

How do we compare this with the replacement quote?

We quote per m² with clear rules: a 1 m² minimum per treated pane, and no adding up scattered centimeters or centimeters from different panes. You compare m² to m².

What if a pane doesn’t come out right?

If a pane can’t take the process, you aren’t charged for that pane. We don’t assume its replacement, and we explain the risk before starting.

Operations

Will this disrupt the resort or the job site?

Nothing gets removed. We work by room, floor or front, during low-occupancy hours, coordinated with your team.

Can you handle our scale or height?

We’ve documented up to 4,230 m² on a single project and work from electric suspended platforms or scaffolding — including the 50th floor of Torre Reforma.

Ownership

How do we justify the spend?

Up to 70% potential savings versus replacement, with no fabrication, freight, removal or reinstallation — and named, verifiable case studies.

Why can’t housekeeping just clean it?

Because it isn’t dirt: scratches, weld spatter and grinder sparks change the surface itself. It takes controlled technical work to avoid optical distortion.

Risk managed from day one

Diagnosis before any budget is committed. And if a pane can’t take the process, you don’t pay for that pane.

Process

Four steps. The glass never leaves its frame.

Diagnosis & protection

Glass type, damage type, depth, extent, distance to the edges, access and height. The work area is protected.

Controlled surface opening

When the damage calls for it, the surface is worked gradually to prevent optical distortion.

Damage restoration

A method matched to the damage: scratches, weld spatter, grinder sparks, cement, scale or iridescence.

Real-light inspection

We check uniformity, reflection and clarity from the angles that matter to your property.

What we won’t do

We’d rather say no before we bill you.

Restore broken glass

Cracks, fractures or structural damage mean the pane should be replaced. We don’t restore it.

Promise everything can be saved

Damage depth drives the work time. If restoration doesn’t make sense, you’ll know before you spend.

Ask for photos to get started

Damage type, approximate area, location and access are enough to confirm feasibility remotely.

FAQ

Worth knowing before you approve a replacement

How is glass restoration priced?

Per square meter, with a 1 m² minimum per treated pane. Price depends on damage type and depth, area, access, height, location and volume. Potential savings can reach up to 70% versus replacement.

How long does it take?

As a reference, scratches take about 3 hours per m², and weld spatter or grinder sparks about 5 hours per m². Hard-water scale, cement and iridescence need a diagnosis first. There is no fabrication or reinstallation lead time.

Can you restore tempered, laminated or insulated glass?

Yes — tempered, laminated, annealed and insulated glass, including oversized panes, as long as the glass is intact.

Can you work while the resort is operating?

Yes. Work is scheduled by room, floor or zone during low-occupancy hours, coordinated with engineering, housekeeping and security, and each space is handed back ready for guests.

Where do you work?

Anywhere in Mexico — we have projects in 19 states, including Los Cabos, Costa Alegre, Riviera Nayarit and the Riviera Maya — and in Colombia. Logistics and travel are quoted by location and volume.

What happens if a pane can’t be restored?

We explain the risk before starting. If a pane can’t take the process, you aren’t charged for that pane; its replacement is not assumed.

Do I need to send photos?

Not for the first conversation. Damage type, approximate area or number of panes, location and access are enough.

The costliest decision

The most expensive pane is the one you replaced when it could have been saved.

Tell us the damage, the area and where the property is. We’ll tell you whether restoration makes sense before anyone signs off on new glass.
