Frequently asked questions
Can acid-etched graffiti be removed without replacing the glass?
Yes, when the glass is intact. Acid cuts into the surface and won’t wash off; the surface is restored with the pane in place.
Can you handle multiple locations?
Yes. We work location by location with the same technical criteria — we have done it across 22 Citibanamex branches and the bank’s headquarters. Logistics are quoted by location and volume.
How is it priced?
Per square meter, with a 1 m² minimum per treated pane. Price depends on damage type and depth, area, access, location and volume.
What if a pane can’t take the process?
We explain it before starting: if a pane can’t take the process, you aren’t charged for that pane; its replacement is not assumed.
Do I need to send photos?
Not for the first conversation. Damage type, approximate area or number of panes, location and access are enough.
When is restoration not possible?
We don’t work on broken, cracked, fractured or structurally damaged glass.
