Damage and technical response

Scratched glass

Scratches alter reflection, transparency and the visual reading of a façade. Under side lighting they become more noticeable and may become handover or post-construction punch-list issues.

The restoration corrects the surface through controlled stages and recovers optical uniformity without removing the glass when access and configuration allow it.

Responsible scope. Grupo GNOVIA restores superficial and deep damage when the glass remains intact. We do not work on broken, cracked or structurally fractured glass.
Access and coordination

Ground level or ladder-assisted access

This case is classified as ground-level or ladder-assisted work because the library does not explicitly record the use of suspended platforms or rope access.

When a project requires work at height, we operate using suspended platforms, scaffolding, rope access or other means supplied or coordinated according to site conditions. Execution depends on safe access, permits and appropriate site conditions.

In most cases, feasibility can be confirmed from technical information, measurements, location and a description of the damage. On-site visits are mainly reserved for significant volumes or special access conditions.
