Damage and technical response

Scratches and welding burns

The project involved scratches and welding damage, two different types damage that require distinct restoration sequences.

Grupo GNOVIA adapts the intervention to each area, first controlling the physical damage and then recovering clarity and visual continuity.

Responsible scope. Grupo GNOVIA restores superficial and deep damage when the glass remains intact. We do not work on broken, cracked or structurally fractured glass.
Access and coordination

Ground level or ladder-assisted access

This case is classified as ground-level or ladder-assisted work because the library does not explicitly record the use of suspended platforms or rope access.

When a project requires work at height, we operate using suspended platforms, scaffolding, rope access or other means supplied or coordinated according to site conditions. Execution depends on safe access, permits and appropriate site conditions.

In most cases, feasibility can be confirmed from technical information, measurements, location and a description of the damage. On-site visits are mainly reserved for significant volumes or special access conditions.
